Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up/Management of S&Op process
  • Manage product lifecycle activities e.g. product launch, phase in/phase out
  • Regular ordering of inventory from suppliers
  • Manage the inbound logistics of all overseas and local shipments
  • Communicate with Customer Service and Warehouse Management regarding inbound deliveries
  • Maintain master data, reorder points and pricing in ERP
  • Setup ABC and critical products with commercial team and review in the system
  • Product rationalization execution
  • SME for various system upgrades and changes
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships globally and locally 
  • Manage forecasting consensus with commercial team
  • Collaborate with local teams & stakeholders to manage supply risks & issues
  • Work closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration 
  • Provide country analysis & reports

The successful candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaboration and relationship building
  • Strong computer skills using typical business applications and extremely strong Excel skills
  • 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. 
  • Sufficient job and department knowledge
