Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to department
  • Communicates with senior management on the progress and workload of the Customer Service department
  • Handle incoming complaint calls, emails, and letters
  • Manage employee time records, request for time-off and work scheduling for customer service staff
  • Creates KPI’s for department with Manager and reviews the progress towards these goals monthly.
  • Monthly reporting on invoicing/credits etc
  • Participates in identification and resolution of potential ordering problems; follows up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. 
  • Contribute to annual employee reviews in line with the commercial services director, develop, coach, counsel, and discipline, if required
  • Supervise all functions within the Department
  • Able to make precise decisions within the department to improve efficiency
  • Participates in cross functional meetings representing customer service
  • Assist in managing product recalls and other quality issues as appropriate.
  • To be familiar with the Permobil Australia Quality manual and in particular the specific requirements for this role. In addition to these key duties, other tasks may be required to be undertaken at any time
