主要职责 Key Responsibilities

1 销售支持(供应链及预测、订单管理、报关、收货检验等)。

   Inside sales support for supply chain, forecasting, management of orders, delivery

  and claim, customs clearance, etc.

2 负责经销商到用户端的订单处理、物流安排、投诉处理等。

   Be responsible for management of orders, delivery and claims from dealers to

   customers.

3 展会、经销商会议、市场活动等的组织与管理。

   Organize and manage exhibitions, dealer meetings, marketing material sourcing.

4 售后工作如质量保证、维修、客诉。

   After sales service of warranty, maintenance, complaint, QA issues, etc.

5 其余公司指派的工作。

  Other jobs as assigned by the company.

主要要求Key Requirements

1 两年以上供应链及客户订单管理经验。

   At least 2 years’ experience in supply chain, complaint & customer inquiry

   management.

2 优秀的沟通能力和客户服务意识。

   Excellent communication skills and service oriented.

3 良好的康复行业知识。

   Rehab knowledge.

4 数量掌握计算机操作。

   Good command of computer skills.

5 优秀的英语能力。

   Excellent English skills.

6 流利的中文能力。

   Fluent Chinese.
