We are now looking for a Project Manager to join the Product Maintenance team for Power Products within our global R&D organization.

The position is located in Timrå and may include travelling. 

YOUR ROLE - Key responsibilities 

As Project Manager within Product Maintenance, your key duty will be to deliver the projects within the given targets of scope and quality. In addition to this, you are expected to contribute in our continuous work in developing our processes. All in all, to be an even better supplier of the world’s greatest power wheelchair to anyone who needs it. 

The projects can be of different size and lead time, some are very quick and some need a large amount of planning and execution. You will lead the work from planning until handover to production and make sure the team delivers on time plan. To your help you have a cross functional team from different technical and geographical areas within our organization.

YOUR PROFILE – Qualifications 

To be a successful project manager you will need to have a strong drive and result orientation pushing through obstacles and issues in order to deliver on your projects. You understand the relevance of communicating both within your project or team as well as with other departments and different stake holders. You are structured and have analytical & problem-solving skills, a process improvement orientation and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and results oriented environment.

We believe that you hold an MSc in Engineering, or equivalent, together with a few years of working as a project manager.

You are technically minded and speak fluent English. You also have good writing skills in Swedish and English. Experience from Medical Device development area or from the automotive industry is a desired background.
