- Cornerstone administration
- Contract Preparation
- Recruitment – Ads, internal, external
- Monthly reporting to HQ
- HR analytics
- Assist Hiring managers with recruitment processes
- Onboarding. 30,60,90 day reviews
- HR representation on regional project teams
- HR induction
- Off boarding
- JD maintenance/compliance
- Contractor management
- WHS – accident/incident management and reporting Maintain HR educational material, books, articles for sharing
- Fluent in English mandatory
- Japanese, Korean or Mandarin would be helpful.
